TOM Executive is excited to be partnering with a leading financial institution at the forefront of the Australian market. With a reputation for reliability and innovation, it plays a crucial role in shaping the landscape of the country's financial sector. As the Team Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Leadership Team and ensuring the seamless operation of the team.

Duties:

  • Supporting the schedules of Leadership Team members, ensuring smooth coordination of appointments and commitments.
  • Assist in the organisation of meetings, both virtual and in-person, including preparing documents, taking minutes, and arranging facilities.
  • Handle purchase orders, invoices, and expense reconciliation, as well as booking travel arrangements for team members.
  • Organise team events, and social gatherings, fostering a positive and engaging work culture.
  • Provide backup assistance to the Executive Assistant and offer support to the Group Executive when needed.

Skills & Experience:

  • Administrative experience at a senior management level, showcasing your ability to handle responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial services background preferred.
