Salary Package: $160,000 - $180,000 + Superannuation
Work Arrangement: Hybrid Working ( 2-3 Days in the Office)

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager for a large scale technology enfeeblement program. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a program that is going to reshape this organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of data migration initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage risks, issues, and changes to ensure project success.
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and senior management.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project delivery.
- Extensive experience in the financial services (FS) industry.
- Multi-faceted projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Strong business and technical acumen.
- Understanding of data migration and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
