T+O+M Recruitment is working with a Listed Real Estate Group to hire a Senior Fund Accountant position.
- Sydney CBD Location - flexible working
- $140k - $150k including super
- Initial 10 month FTC - immediate start is desired
Responsibilities:
- Manage the relationship with the Group's custodian incl. unit pricing, returns & cash flow
- Oversee ensure accurate fund reporting
- Prepare investor reports & calculate distributions
- Support financial reporting and tax compliance
- Drive process improvement & control adherence
About You:
- CA or CPA qualified
- 3+ years experience in property fund accounting or corporate accounting
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
