We're seeking a commercially sharp and strategic FP&A Analyst to partner closely with the CFO and senior leaders. You'll drive key planning cycles, financial modelling, and board-level insights in a fast-paced, mission-led environment.
The Role
Working closely with the executive team and report to private equity, this role will drive strategic insights, process improvements, and commercial decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to influence outcomes and help shape the future of a rapidly scaling organisation.
Key tasks will include, but will not be restricted to:
· Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts & long-term financial planning
· Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support strategic decisions
· Analyse performance trends and deliver insightful reporting to leadership
· Drive monthly reporting, variance analysis & forecast updates
· Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational goals
· Evaluate new business opportunities, investments & pricing strategies
· Support continuous improvement in reporting systems & analytics
The Candidate
· CA/CPA qualified with strong financial analysis experience
· 5+ years' experience, ideally in external audit and healthcare industry
· Strong business partnering and dashboard reporting skills
