T+O+M Executive is partnering with a fantastic high growth private business in the Sports Industry to hire a Senior Finance Manager position.
- A broad, end-to-end position which will manage all aspects of the finance function
- This role requires the successful candidate to be hands on and manage a small team
- Homebush location - hybrid working arrangement
- $160k - $180k base + super
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and tax obligations
- Provide financial insights to senior leadership
- Oversee financial operations, including AP, AR, and Payroll
- Drive process improvements and cost optimisation
About you:
- CA/CPA Qualified with 7+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in a small-to-medium-sized organisation, demonstrating strong end-to-end finance expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
