About the Role
T+O+M Executive have partnered exclusively with a high growth infrastructure/property development business to recruit an experienced Revenue Accounting Manager.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will lead Accounts Receivable and revenue management ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance, with extensive internal and external stakeholder engagement.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team, enhance processes, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting and accounting for all revenue-related activities within the business.
- Work closely with the Group Financial Controller to review lease accounting (IFRS 16 compliance)
- Collaborate with Heads of Customer Success & Customer Excellence to achieve revenue goals
- Act as the key finance contact for revenue-related queries across internal and external stakeholders
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to streamline billing, collections, and reporting.
Qualifications
- CA/CPA preferred, ideally with exposure to IFRS16
- Industry experience in construction, property development, engineering, or infrastructure is highly desirable
- Strong track record in process improvement, automation, and implementing change
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- You must have full Australian work rights (citizenship or permanent residency) to be considered for this role
