Remuneration and Benefits Business Partner

  • Lead the remuneration & benefits strategy for a leading financial services organisation.
  • Sydney-based with hybrid flexibility – minimum three office days per week.
  • Salary up to $170-$180k package, depending on experience.

The Role:

We are recruiting a Remuneration & Benefits Business Partner to join a leading financial services organisation. This role will drive the reward strategy across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring remuneration and benefits remain competitive, compliant and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the remuneration strategy, including STI, LTI and sales incentive plans.
  • Manage the annual salary review process, salary benchmarking and benefits planning.
  • Provide Board and Executive reporting on remuneration, benefits and HR metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements across multiple regions.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to develop reward solutions that attract and retain top talent.

About You:

  • Strong experience across remuneration, benefits and incentive programs.
  • Knowledge of legislation, industrial agreements, and pay equity considerations.
  • Advanced Excel skills (PowerBI is a plus) and experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
  • Ability to engage and influence senior leadership, including C-suite executives.
  • Commercial mindset, strong analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
