The Role:
We are recruiting a Remuneration & Benefits Business Partner to join a leading financial services organisation. This role will drive the reward strategy across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring remuneration and benefits remain competitive, compliant and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the remuneration strategy, including STI, LTI and sales incentive plans.
- Manage the annual salary review process, salary benchmarking and benefits planning.
- Provide Board and Executive reporting on remuneration, benefits and HR metrics.
- Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements across multiple regions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to develop reward solutions that attract and retain top talent.
About You:
- Strong experience across remuneration, benefits and incentive programs.
- Knowledge of legislation, industrial agreements, and pay equity considerations.
- Advanced Excel skills (PowerBI is a plus) and experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
- Ability to engage and influence senior leadership, including C-suite executives.
- Commercial mindset, strong analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
