The Role:

TOM Executive are pleased to be partnering with a leading organisation in the insurance sector, seeking a Remuneration & Benefits Analyst to join their expanding remuneration and benefits team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead key benefits and recognition initiatives that align with the organisation's values, enhancing the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, recommend, and explain employee benefit programs
  • Benchmark industry trends and evaluate best practices to improve employee satisfaction
  • Analyse data from employee surveys and focus groups to refine benefit offerings
  • Monitor and review recognition programs to ensure effective utilisation
  • Collaborate with the wider team to support strategic projects
  • Provide support on remuneration activities as needed

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a benefits, recognition or rewards role
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
  • Strong Excel skills 
  • Excellent communication, with a self-motivated and proactive approach
