We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a Remuneration Analyst on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and contribute to the annual remuneration review process.
About the Role:
As a Remuneration Analyst, you will support the team with the annual remuneration review process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the end-to-end remuneration review, including data analysis, salary benchmarking, and reporting
- Interpreting and analysing remuneration data to provide insights and recommendations
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with HR and business leaders to deliver key compensation insights
- Supporting remuneration frameworks, job evaluations, and market pricing initiatives
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 2-3 years experience in remuneration, reward, or compensation analysis within financial services or consulting
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience working on remuneration cycles
- Proficiency in Excel and remuneration tools (FIRG data experience highly desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data to stakeholders
