  • Personal Assistant to General Manager – Leading Telecommunications Firm
  • 4-month contract with strong potential to extend
  • Sydney location, close to public transport and opportunity to work from home at least 3 days a week

About the Role:

TOM Executive is working with a prominent national organisation in the telecommunications sector to find a proactive and skilled Personal Assistant for an immediate start. This is a 4-month contract with strong potential to extend, supporting a friendly and approachable General Manager. You’ll also have access to a network of EAs/PAs, ensuring a connected and team-oriented experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated 1:1 support to the General Manager of a busy division 
  • Manage high-volume calendar and diary coordination
  • Coordinate team meetings, prepare agendas and assemble meeting packs
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Assist with travel arrangements and bookings
  • Occasional administrative support to the wider team

Skills & Experience:

We’re seeking someone who is confident, proactive, and skilled in stakeholder engagement, with a strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Previous experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
  • Strong organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
