TOM Executive are partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a Payroll Specialist for a 6-month contract starting in January. This role offers a great opportunity to join a supportive team and work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process fortnightly and monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Ensure payroll data is accurate and complies with legislation
- Prepare payroll reports and provide insights to support business decisions
- Act as a key point of contact for payroll queries, collaborating with HR and Finance teams to deliver seamless support
About You:
- Proven experience in payroll and end-to-end payroll processes
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and modern awards
- Experience with ADP payroll systems is essential
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to work to deadlines
