  • 12 month fixed term contract with potential to extend
  • $130k - $140k + super + bonus

TOM Executive are partnering with a leading financial service organisation to recruit an Organisational Development and Capability Manager to join a dynamic and high-performing team, driving a major workforce transformation program. This 12-month contract offers the opportunity to design and implement capability strategies that support business performance and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement capability transformation initiatives
  • Analyse business challenges and identify capability gaps
  • Design and deliver effective learning and development solutions
  • Work closely with stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Support vendor management and program governance

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Capability Manager, Program Manager or L&D professional
  • Experience in banking, financial services or consulting highly preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills
