TOM Executive are partnering with a leading financial service organisation to recruit an Organisational Development and Capability Manager to join a dynamic and high-performing team, driving a major workforce transformation program. This 12-month contract offers the opportunity to design and implement capability strategies that support business performance and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement capability transformation initiatives
- Analyse business challenges and identify capability gaps
- Design and deliver effective learning and development solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes
- Support vendor management and program governance
About You:
- Proven experience as a Capability Manager, Program Manager or L&D professional
- Experience in banking, financial services or consulting highly preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills
