Job Description

Our client is a leading Australian Fund Manager with a reputation for providing staff with a great working environment and offering long term career progression.  Due to an internal promotion we are seeing a Manager for their Performance Analysis team.

Based in the CBD and reporting to the Client Director you will lead a small team of performance analysts who are responsible

• Monitoring and reporting on the performance and performance attribution on the full suit of investments.
• Manage and develop the team
• Be the SME for the division
• Work with Senior Manager on strategic direction of the team
• Delivery of accurate and timely portfolio and performance information to internal and external parties.
• Develop and produce risk analytics for the portfolios.

To be successful in your application you will need to have extensive experience within Performance and Attribution Analysis for funds as well as advanced systems and data management skills.  Previous management experience is also required.  This role works with many other divisions and investment managers so the ability to communicate with senior staff is essential.
