My client is an exciting player within the Financial Crime and Fraud space, providing data analytics, insights and platform solutions to reduce the impact of these within the market economy.
Due to exciting and continued growth, a Lead Data Analyst position has become available for an experienced D&A professional with expertise in Alteryx and Tableau a pivotal role uncovering trends, patterns and anomalies that will prevent these activities before they can happen. You'll lead various projects and mentor a team of Data Analysts to help set the technical and strategic direction ahead as they continue to grow.
This is a very unique role within a collaborative environment and suited to someone who is naturally curious, self-motivated and can work effectively both independently and in a team environment. This business gives you a great deal of trust to deliver outcomes, and you'll work in a hybrid model, with about 3-4 days from home per week.
The ideal candidate will must have strong experience with Alteryx and Tableau as these are the key tools you and the team will be utilising day-to-day. More broadly, technical exposure to tools such as SQL, Python, cloud is nice to have, and there might even be an opportunity to utilise more advanced analytical/ data science techniques in the future. You'll have a strong problem solving aptitude, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ideally with exposure to team leadership or mentorship.
