The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer for a 3 month contract position to play a crucial role in developing and delivering engaging and effective learning. You’ll be responsible for designing end-to-end blended learning programs and competency-based assessments to support their growing workforce. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role requiring a self-starter who can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging blended learning programs for a large and diverse workforce.
- Conduct thorough reviews of existing learning content and gap analyses.
- Create clear and measurable learning outcomes.
- Develop comprehensive competency-based assessments.
- Produce high-quality learning materials, including videos, cheat sheets, and digital resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
- Ensure all learning solutions are aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in instructional design and blended learning development.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement competency-based assessments.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in instructional design software and e-learning authoring tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
