The Role: 

Our client is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer for a 3 month contract position to play a crucial role in developing and delivering engaging and effective learning. You’ll be responsible for designing end-to-end blended learning programs and competency-based assessments to support their growing workforce. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role requiring a self-starter who can hit the ground running. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and develop engaging blended learning programs for a large and diverse workforce. 
  • Conduct thorough reviews of existing learning content and gap analyses. 
  • Create clear and measurable learning outcomes. 
  • Develop comprehensive competency-based assessments. 
  • Produce high-quality learning materials, including videos, cheat sheets, and digital resources. 
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content. 
  • Ensure all learning solutions are aligned with organisational goals and objectives. 

Skills and Experience: 

  • Proven experience in instructional design and blended learning development. 
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement competency-based assessments. 
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices. 
  • Proficiency in instructional design software and e-learning authoring tools. 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.    
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
