This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an innovative organisation where you’ll play a key role in supporting all aspects of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to policy development, learning & development, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

As the HR Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing job ads, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews and preparing employment contracts.
  • Ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and exiting employees.
  • Maintaining HRIS (HiBob), LinkedIn Learning, and updating company policies.
  • Assisting managers with HR policies, performance management, and learning plans.
  • Coordinating employee engagement activities and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Handling reporting, payroll support, and general HR documentation.

Requirements: 

  • Experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Admin role, ideally within tech or software.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and employment law.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, and HRIS systems (HiBob preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
