Responsibilities:
As the HR Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing job ads, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews and preparing employment contracts.
- Ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and exiting employees.
- Maintaining HRIS (HiBob), LinkedIn Learning, and updating company policies.
- Assisting managers with HR policies, performance management, and learning plans.
- Coordinating employee engagement activities and wellbeing initiatives.
- Handling reporting, payroll support, and general HR documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Admin role, ideally within tech or software.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and employment law.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, and HRIS systems (HiBob preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
