Job description
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with a minimum of 2-3 years HR business partnering experience to join a leading financial services organisation. This role will work closely with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support, driving key people initiatives and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to provide HR advice and support workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement
- Manage employee relations matters including performance management, grievances and policy interpretation
- Support the delivery of HR projects, including organisational change, diversity & inclusion, and leadership development
Key Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years experience in a HR Business Partner role
- Financial services experience strongly preferred (professional services experience also considered)
- Ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience managing ER matters and delivering HR initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
