The Role:

TOM Executive is pleased to be partnering with a leading insurance organisation based in Sydney CBD to recruit a HR Business Partner for their high-performing HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a workforce across Australia and New Zealand, providing both strategic and operational HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR partnering to key business units, including Customer & Claims, Legal, Risk, and Investment Management.
  • Lead transformation and change initiatives, supporting workforce transitions and operating model shifts.
  • Offer leadership coaching and guidance on employee relations and performance management matters.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, providing insights and data-driven solutions to enhance organisational performance.
  • Support a broad range of HR functions, from operational day-to-day support to strategic initiatives aimed at driving engagement and high performance.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, large-scale environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and engage senior leaders.
  • Experience in change management and workforce transitions.
  • Strong ability to work autonomously, balancing hands-on operational tasks with strategic projects.
