Our client is seeking a Head of Remuneration to lead the design and delivery of performance, recognition, and benefits programs that align with business objectives and enhance employee engagement.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of performance, recognition, and benefits frameworks
  • Champion organisational values and drive data-informed strategies
  • Strengthen the organisation’s internal brand and its external reputation as an employer of choice

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee performance management frameworks
  • Develop and implement recognition and benefits programs to drive employee satisfaction
  • Create remuneration strategies that are competitive and aligned with market trends
  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and change management processes
  • Use data and analytics to track and improve program effectiveness

About You

  • Extensive experience in performance, recognition, and benefits leadership
  • Strong consulting and influencing skills to engage senior stakeholders
  • Expertise in performance appraisal systems and reward programs
  • Experience with HR benchmarking tools and job evaluation systems
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Background in a large, complex organisation (aged care or NFP desirable)
