T+O+M Executive are currently partnering with a highly respected organisation on a commercially focused Head of Finance role that’s all about impact, leadership, and driving performance.
- $220k - $240k including super + bonus opportunity
- Support Senior Leadership in providing commercial insights and driving strategic decisions
- Sydney CBD - Hybrid/Flexible working
Key responsibilities:
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Deliver commercial insights that drive business results
- Partner with leaders to shape strategy and model opportunities
- Lead pricing for deals, tenders, and new business
- Improve processes and ensure internal controls compliance
- Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team
About you:
- CA or CPA qualified, with 4–5 years in a revenue-focused commercial role
- Proven business partnering experience beyond Finance teams
- Strong influencing skills, earning trust and driving informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
