This high-impact role is ideal for a finance leader with extensive experience, who is experienced at managing large teams and overseeing complex financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of over 100 finance professionals, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet business needs.
- Oversee financial control, statutory reporting, financial operations and compliance processes, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the company’s financial results.
- Oversee the preparation and production of group consolidation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including divisional finance teams, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives, delivering on strategic goals to maximize profitability through cost control and asset management.
- Provide regular and ad hoc financial reporting and management information to support strategic decision-making.
