Key Responsibilities
- Partner with construction leads to provide strategic financial insights
- Maintain and improve project feasibility and performance models

- Assist with input into management reporting and monitor KPIs
- Pro-actively guide on process improvement opportunities and finance transformation projects
About You
- CA or CPA qualified
- Strong financial modelling and commercial acumen
- Proven leadership capability and stakeholder management
- Background in REITs, property development, construction, or infrastructure
- Confident communicator who thrives in a high-growth environment
