T+O+M Recruitment are working with a globally recognised brand to hire an FP&A Manager.
- The Group FP&A team support the CFO, wider Commercial Business and Executive Leadership
- Hybrid working arrangement and great team culture
- $155k - $165k base + super + bonus opportunity
Key responsibilities:
- Performance reporting – performance analysis and monthly management reporting
- Planning and forecasting – ownership of the planning, budgeting & forecasting process
- Decision support – strategic projects, insight development and ad-hoc analysis
- Analysis - Delivering critical insights and value adding analysis on the Group's current & future performance
- Transformation - identifying and implementing continuing process improvement
About you:
- CA or CPA qualified
- Big 4 background with 2-3 years experience in an FP&A function
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Track record of demonstrating the ability to make a difference in past roles and ability to identify, model and be a champion for growth
