About The Company:

Well-known global FMCG company is looking for a Finance Business Partner – Supply Chain to provide financial insights and decision support across its extensive supply chain operations in Australia. With a large supply chain spanning multiple production and distribution sites, this role offers high visibility and strategic impact.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, strategic business planning, and process improvement within supply chain operations. You will provide financial analysis and recommendations on major projects, CAPEX, procurement, and cost optimization strategies.

  • Lead financial analysis and decision support for supply chain projects and operations.
  • Develop and assess CAPEX business cases, ensuring robust financial modelling and post-investment reviews.
  • Partner with procurement to drive cost efficiencies and productivity initiatives.
  • Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for supply chain operations.
  • Drive the implementation and reporting of supply finance systems and Anaplan projects.
  • Support future M&A and strategic projects, ensuring detailed financial assessments and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with offshore shared service teams to ensure consistent financial reporting and process improvement.
     

About You:

  • CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years of supply chain finance experience.
  • Proven expertise in supply finance, financial modelling, and FMCG/ retail industry experience.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
