TOM Executive and I are partnering with an ASX listed, leading infrastructure company to recruit a Finance Business Partner to drive financial performance and provide strategic support. This role offers high visibility and impact, partnering with senior leaders to support critical investment, budgeting, and forecasting decisions.
The Role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for financial planning, performance analysis, and commercial decision support for energy network operations. This role is integral in ensuring financial sustainability and driving continuous improvement across the business.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end financial processes for energy networks
- Provide commercial insights and strategic recommendations to optimize financial performance
- Develop financial models and analysis to support investment decisions and cost management
- Ensure financial integrity and compliance with accounting policies and business controls
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive operational efficiencies and process improvements
- Contribute to long-term financial planning and business strategy
About You:
- CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years of FP&A experience.
- Experience in energy, utilities, or infrastructure finance is highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
