T+O+M Executive are working with an award-winning Australian brand to hire an exciting Finance Business Partner position.
- Provide strategic commercial advice, support, and analysis to Senior Executives.
- Opportunity to people lead and mentor junior staff
- Salary on offer: Up to $165k including super
Role responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide strategic advise and decision support
- Assess and preparation of business cases, cost optimisation and revenue analysis
- Monthly management reporting, performance analysis and cashflow management
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Serve as the main contact for financial management and reporting
- Mentor and develop staff to improve commercial acumen and business partnering
- Ad-hoc financial transformation projects
About you:
- CA or CPA qualified
- Experience in Finance related functions, Commercial Finance. Decision Support or FP&A
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Track record of demonstrating the ability to make a difference in past roles and ability to identify, model and be a champion for growth
