The Role:
TOM Executive is pleased to be partnering with a leading financial services organisation to find an experienced Employee Relations Specialist for a 3-6 month contract. This will be a varied role, ideal for someone with a strong legal background and a passion for employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overflow of ER casework
- Oversee complex legal matters and case management
- Contribute to ER-related projects and initiatives
- Provide expert advice on employee relations issues
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong legal background with expertise in employment law and industrial relations
- Proven experience in managing complex ER cases
- Demonstrated ability to advise senior stakeholders on ER matters and provide practical solutions
