About the Role:
This newly created leadership role offers an exciting opportunity for a Director of Transactions to join a highly respected corporate advisory firm. As a key member of the team, you will take charge of managing end-to-end transactions, including capital raises, acquisitions, and business sales, all while playing a crucial role in driving the continued growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the lifecycle of buy-side and sell-side transactions, including client onboarding, due diligence, and negotiations.
  • Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and budgets, along with valuation reports using multiple accounting methods.
  • Prepare and review critical transaction-related documents such as term sheets, proposals, and pitch materials.
  • Generate new clients through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, while collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Guide clients through strategic decisions, ensuring they are ready for transactions and future growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing continuous support throughout the process.
  • Drive project management to meet deadlines, ensuring seamless transaction execution.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the company’s objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CA/CPA qualifications are highly desirable.
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate development, with proven expertise in managing transactions, capital raises, acquisitions, and business sales.
  • Experience in a Corporate Development role or M&A advisory, particularly focused on buy-side and integration activities.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple clients, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in managing teams and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and build relationships across different stakeholders.

Location & Work Pattern:
