We are looking for an experienced Change Lead to drive and manage change within a large-scale Data Transformation Program at a big 4 bank. You will lead the change management strategy, ensuring smooth adoption of new data systems, while working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Change Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan aligned with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with senior leaders and business units to guide the change process.
  • Impact Assessment: Assess how the transformation will affect people, processes, and systems, and create targeted plans.
  • Training & Communication: Design training programs and clear communication to facilitate adoption of new data practices.
  • Monitor Progress: Measure and report on the effectiveness of change efforts using KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Foster Continuous Improvement: Capture feedback and ensure ongoing enhancements in future transformation initiatives.
     

About you:

  • Must have end to end experience on large data program 
  • Demonstrated ability working with resistant stakeholders
  • Experience working from discovery/scoping stage through to design to delivery
  • Any operating model / restructure type experience would be desirable
  • Must be a senior change practitioner with strong experience
  • Experience working with c-suite stakeholders or equivalent
