We are looking for an experienced Change Lead to drive and manage change within a large-scale Data Transformation Program at a big 4 bank. You will lead the change management strategy, ensuring smooth adoption of new data systems, while working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Change Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan aligned with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with senior leaders and business units to guide the change process.
- Impact Assessment: Assess how the transformation will affect people, processes, and systems, and create targeted plans.
- Training & Communication: Design training programs and clear communication to facilitate adoption of new data practices.
- Monitor Progress: Measure and report on the effectiveness of change efforts using KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Foster Continuous Improvement: Capture feedback and ensure ongoing enhancements in future transformation initiatives.
About you:
- Must have end to end experience on large data program
- Demonstrated ability working with resistant stakeholders
- Experience working from discovery/scoping stage through to design to delivery
- Any operating model / restructure type experience would be desirable
- Must be a senior change practitioner with strong experience
- Experience working with c-suite stakeholders or equivalent
