Agile Coach Opportunity - Drive Transformation

Location: Sydney based

About the Role: Join a dynamic team as an Agile Coach. Our client is seeking a skilled individual to lead the transition to agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Focus on coaching cross-functional teams, promoting efficiency, and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach teams in Agile methodologies for rapid solution delivery.
• Develop workforce skills in delivery prioritization.
• Champion an agile mindset through workshops.
• Support the execution of the agility roadmap.
• Foster data-driven decision-making and velocity increase.
• Contribute to the development of agility frameworks.
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Agile coaching/leadership experience.
• Tertiary qualified with Agile Coaching certifications.
• Practical experience in Scrum & Kanban.
• Track record of implementing agile practices.
• Customer-centric thinker with Emotional Intelligence.
• Commercially astute with stakeholder management skills.
   

Desirable:

• Experience coaching across various business domains.
• Previous roles as Agile Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Chapter Lead.
