We here at TOM Executive have partnered with one of Australia's largest Superannuation companies to recruit a Senior Specialist Consultant for their Adviser Solutions team.

Overview of the role:
You will serve as a Specialist within the Advisor Engagement team, while providing technical expertise and support to the team.
- Facilitate the review and plan of daily activities by the team via the daily huddles and the team visual management board, and allocate resources according to workflow needs to ensure service standards are met daily
- Assist with resource planning for the Enjoy team for BAU and associated
- Oversee the regular Quality Assurance reviews completed by the Specialist and ensure they are in line with the QA framework
- Work with the Senior Specialists, Specialists, Adviser Solutions to build the framework to capture, track, monitor and manage issues and queries
Your Background:
- 4+ years’ experience working in a similar role within a Superannuation firm
- Experience in managing relationships with advisors and client on boarding within superannuation.
