About the Role
T+O+M Executive are recruiting an Accounts Receivable Manager position in a growing infrastructure/property development company.
Lead & support the AR team to deliver outstanding results in a high volume & complex environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team, enhance processes, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of the business tenancy schedule and control of all inputs
- Review & assess new customer contracts to ensure accuracy of GL inputs
- Collaborate with Heads of Customer Success & Customer Excellence to achieve revenue goals
- Act as the key finance contact for revenue-related queries across internal and external stakeholders
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to streamline billing, collections, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Experience in a high volume / complex environment, ideally in Property Development, Utilities or Infrastructure
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- You must have full Australian work rights (citizenship or permanent residency) to be considered for this role
