A fantastic permanent opportunity for a switched on and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join an establish Construction Group based in the North Shore.
- $75k - $80k base + super

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
- Process supplier invoices with accuracy and ensure proper authorization.
- Maintain AP records, perform creditor reconciliations, and manage payment runs.
- Handle a small volume of AR invoices, monitor payments, and assist with inquiries.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and support month-end close.
- Assist with reporting and identify process improvement opportunities.
About You
- 2 years + experience in accounts payable or similar financial administration role
- Experience using Jobpac system is desirable but not a must - training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Understanding of GST relating to accounts payable
- Experience in the construction industry, desirable
