T+O+M is delighted to be partnering with the Rethink Conference taking place on 11th August 2023, as well as sponsoring key note speaker Michelle Rushton, who will be presenting “Elevating your influence – smiling ox paradox”.

The event provides attendees with the opportunity to rethink and re-imagine what change can be. Change practitioners will be able to explore the fundamentals, whilst also exploring new ways to deliver change in the future. 

Topics will range from digital and neuroscience and psychological safety and playful thinking, with case studies and workshops on fearless change.
