Nicolina joined T+O+M in 2019 after three years' recruiting in the Sydney market, most recently placing business support roles within financial services.

Nicolina places contract roles at all levels across the Data, Analytics and Business Intelligence space, predominantly within the financial services and commerce industries.

Nicolina is known for the care with which she looks after her clients and candidates, and for her ability to tailor her recruitment to individual needs, finding the best balance for the individual.

Outside of work, Nicolina is very family oriented and people focused, both in her work and personal life. She loves to cook, travel, learn new cultures and new skills, and keep healthy by doing lots of coastal walks, going to gym classes and trying to eat less chocolate.

If Nicolina could spend a year learning a new skill it would be: learning to speak another language fluently.
