A Novocastrian, son, brother, husband and a father, Kenneth has been bought on to launch T+O+M’s HR practice.

Passionate about developing long lasting partnerships Kenneth believes that it is the people that make the business, which is why we consistently look for the best talent in the market and facilitate meaningful introductions. Kenneth provides contingent and permanent recruitment solutions to some of Australia’s most reputable brands.

Starting his career in human resources, Kenneth soon developed a taste for talent acquisition and transitioned into the world of recruitment in 2009. Since then, through a consultative approach Kenneth has helped build teams of professionals across multiple industries and organisations. Focussing on the mid to senior market, we will be recruiting across the full gamut of HR profiles and disciplines.

If Kenneth could spend a year learning a new skill, it would be: Sport physio, a bit of remedial and a splash of chiro, so I can help others and myself with managing injuries and body pains.
