Market overview

• Believe Australia is at the tail end of slowest recruitment market in over 15 year.
• Team has seen an increase in demand for roles in risk, compliance & legal role

Companies hiring:

• Superannuation - smaller and underperforming funds have merged, larger funds have to improve risk management & general governance along with impacts of CPS230 legislation
• Payments  - undergoing an overhaul of the regulatory environment and larger ones looking to have company in order for IPO purposes
• Big banking & insurance  - kicking off multi-year tech simplification projects
