There has been an increase in cyber related transformations programs and risk and regulatory work continues to be a constant

As such, candidates with cloud, cyber or artificial intelligence exposure will be in demand

Clients should still move fast on high calibre candidates and demonstrate the leadership and training that a company can provide to attract talent
