Zoe moved to Sydney from Twickenham, London in 2017 with the original intention of staying for a year. She worked for several marketing firms in Sydney before transitioning to recruitment and joined T+O+M in 2021 having spent 2 years building up a change management desk from scratch with with another recruitment firm.
She recruits in the change management space, placing change analyst all the way up to heads of change. Whilst this is primarily in the financial services sector, she works across a multitude of industries from media to government to supply chain.
Zoe is complimented the most on how informed, supported and prepared she makes her candidates feel. She takes pride in her attention to detail and strives to present the most relevant opportunities to her candidates as well as being attentive throughout the entire recruitment process.
Professionally, Zoe is most passionate about relationship building, future technology and constant learning & self-development. She studied psychology at A-level and people fascinate her, hence why she has such an interest in change management!
Personally, Zoe is addicted to adventure – she fills every weekend with as much exploring and outdoors as she can. If she is not learning to skateboard or surf, she is in a campervan on the south coast or on a hike in the blue Mountains.
If she could spend a year learning a new skill, it would be: learning about investing, bitcoin, the stock market and property. She got into some amateur trading pre-covid and wished she had been taught this kind of thing at school! Who uses algebra?!
