Warren is originally from New Zealand and spent most of his childhood in Auckland, also choosing to study Finance and Accounting at the University there. After graduating, he worked in business banking before moving to Sydney to start a new career in recruitment. He spent 5 years in financial services recruitment prior to moving to T+O+M Executive in July 2023 to join the Audit, Risk and Compliance team.
Warren recruits mid-senior level candidates across the Financial Risk Management and ESG space for banks and financial services firms.
Warren is most complimented on his deep expertise in the areas in which he recruits and specialises, and his approach to building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
He is passionate about finding the best-suited candidates for his clients, and the best-suited roles for his candidates. Personally, Warren is a passionate Sydney Roosters fan and a keen golfer.
If Warren could spend a year learning a new skill it would be: honing his golf game.
