Steph, who is from South Africa, joined us in 2018 to help keep the wheels turning whilst our business manager, Nicola, was on maternity leave. She did such a good job we decided to keep her.
Prior to moving to Sydney, Steph spent the previous six years working in business and fund operations and as a research analyst at a boutique asset management firm
Steph’s keen interest in financial markets and love of working with people in a collaborative team environment has seen her fit seamlessly into the T+O+M team.
Personally, Steph is extremely close to her family and she loves spending time with friends over a glass of wine. She is a keen runner, loves the beach and being by the seaside, she also has a weakness for ice-cream.
Trying to pick the one thing she would do if she could spend a year learning a new skill led Steph to the conclusion it would be good to be more decisive. In truth, it would be to travel and learn more about different societies and cultures, to escape the bubble we find ourselves living in, and learn how to speak French, again.
I only have positive feedback with regards to T+O+M. The key differentiator is their focused and personalised service. The consultants really took the time to understand me and my drivers.
