Rob’s career started out in accounting & finance, where he worked in a number of different industries including construction, property and hospitality and across teams ranging from large finance functions to a family run businesses. He started with the T+O+M Team in March 2023 joining Rob Anderson in the Dublin office.
Rob recruits a wide range of roles across finance from newly qualified accountants up to the senior level, across all industries. Role types include Financial Accountants, Financial Analysts, Finance Business Partners.
Rob brings a huge amount of energy and understanding to the job search of all the candidates with whom he works. From his own experience, Rob understands that finding the right job can be challenging and stressful and he wants to ensure that the next step is the right move for each candidate.
Professionally, Rob is passionate about helping candidates make the right move and ensuring they have a professional experience throughout. Outside of work, he is passionate about sports and spends his weekends playing either rugby, tennis or golf. He also enjoys trying new restaurants around Dublin and talking about Arsenal!
If Rob could spend a year learning a new skill, he would: move to sunny Spain to learn Spanish and cooking as he enjoys hosting dinner parties for friends and family.
