Originally from Ireland, Noelle moved to Sydney in 2015 where she started her recruitment career working for Hays before moving to Randstad for 8 years, leading a team recruiting white collar professionals in construction and engineering.
Having completed her diploma in HR Management, she joined T+O+M in September 2024 in order to leverage both her qualifications and passion for recruitment in the world of HR, where she works with human resources professionals at all levels of seniority.
