Max leads TOM’s Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit recruitment teams and runs Executive Search mandates on behalf of the company’s most valued clients. The key roles that Max recruits include (but are not limited to): Chief Risk Officer, General Counsel, Chief Controls Officer, Chief Security Officer, Chief Auditor and Chief Sustainability Officer.
Max and his team have successfully placed over 1000 experienced professionals into Australian corporates between 2014 and 2024 and are considered the leading Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit recruitment team in the country.
Outside of TOM, Max is a passionate musician and mountain biker, and so will either be heard playing his saxophone expressively (loudly) or seen whizzing through the trees on his iron horse. .
If Max could spend a year learning a new skill it would be: Patience. But if it takes an entire year then I’m not interested.
Max is one of the few recruiters who actively works to build and maintain genuine relationships with his clients. I refer to him as the ‘best Sydney based recruiter’.
