Grant consistently demonstrates value for his clients by finding high calibre talent they often cannot find themselves, and bringing highly regarded, passive candidates to the negotiation table.
Grant, fondly referred to by the T+O+M team as ‘the G’, is passionate about T+O+M, its people and resolute focus on delighting customers. He is recognised for his empathy and his ability to make people feel comfortable and supported.
Grant likes to spend his time with positive people, including his wife and three children. He loves spin classes, Pilates and meditation – this allows him to stay sane as well as enjoy his other passion, eating. Grant is also a die-hard Tottenham Hotspur fan.
If Grant could spend a year learning a new skill he would: learn to cook really well, master the art of meditation, and guide his 12-year-old daughter into her teenage years without alienating, or embarrassing her - all the more reason he feels the need to master meditation.
